A vengeful spirit set for player Xtinct.

update a bit
1- horn can wider. tilt the horn back a bit like Maleficent horn-ish from disney. (i also include update below)
2- "sideburns" i used liquify tool to show how it looks like from front view.
3- the bracer part , the red part is actually something like GEM, it is actually extruded instead sink inside. also the pattern is pretty much like a generic dinosaur footprint. also the side of the bracer is wrapping forearm.
4- not sure you notice or not, the belt initial design is actually front-back symmetrical with extra piece cover on top for the front part.(just telling)
5- this is a tricky part, actually it is 2 giant horns at the back with 3 little branches grow out from body....
6- leg part can refine to sharper shape to see how it goes. (it is right direction in sculpt for first try)
7- you forget add red thingy on toe. that one actually minor design, only add it if got budget left for making it unique.
update a bit again, i totally forget to complete side view for the 1st design there (right to left)
today wasn't a very productive day.
I reshaped the helm a bit
the helmet i just saw it the shape is round, actually it is not.
more likely default naga siren's head-fin actually.
i only notice this after you enlarge it.
slowly I'm working on this.
I don't think I can show any further WIP till Tuesday night. gonna make a short trip.

Well I did change the helm
plus that wing structure won't really fit her back. I mean there is not enough space to arrange the horns like that. As u see even now I had include only one small horn in middle of the two big ones. The only way to arrange it that way is to change the proportions
hmm, maybe remove the small fracture horns at the root there to allow more budget for feather pieces to show "that place was my wings before it cursed and turn into horn"
helmet still... not the shape i imiganed... you go look back the concept i drew the helmet and observe the light reflection
update 2nd set, except wing part, tomorrow will figure how to fill in the detail.
finally i designed a bracer that i liked for 2nd set
not sure want to think about 3rd set or not, if want then i will put cape design for shoulder slot...as marvin suggested... but i remember the existing set of VS does have cape before.
edited: update 2nd set's weapon with 3rd style. i actually want to do bow-like weapon but i actually want to reserve on TB
So it seems I got to hijack this project, and here's today's progress

So i've taken over the texturing on this set, this is where i am so far. I spent all of today rebaking a whole lots of maps to texture in a way im familiar with.
Literally done no hand painting yet. Just all maps and bakes at the moment and a few colours blocked in! Gona texture up these four items first then move onto the alternate styles later once the colours are locked in. One more map to bake, being the overall gradient of the whole set!
So the main style is pretty much textured up now. Going to move onto baking the alt style and texturing that up! Shouldn't take too long considering colour scheme and stuff is sorted out!
